The answer to is to ensure that each and every page has been scanned during the digitisation process, we utilise state of the art technology, and dedicated scanning equipment only equipped with ‘Ultra Sonic’ double feed detection technology which uses sound waves to detect multiple documents going through the scanner at the same time and stops the scanner at detection. So all your legal document scanning will be completely missed document and worry free.
 Bate Stamping (Footer & Numbering)
Bate Stamping is widely used on legal documents and bundles to keep track and log of the documents, normally text and page number strings are printed on the bottom of each page.

Document Bookmarking 
Document Bookmarking within a PDF document or cross PDFs can reduce browsing and search time. Bookmarking is essentially creating an index with a PDF document and linking to the relevant page, section, or a paragraph or image within a PDF or another PDF document.
Document Hyperlinking
Hyperlinking can be done within the most document formats including TIFF, PDF, WORD etc and is predominantly used for cross referencing within legal documents.
Document OCR
 OCR (Optical Character Recognition) is the process of reading text from within an image and extract or output to a required format, such as Text Searchable PDF, Word, Excel, etc. Our document scanning includes the OCR processing by default and during the scanning process; we optimise and enhance the quality of the foreground and background of the image to make the image as clear and readable as possible so during the OCR processing, the OCR accuracy and quality can be as much higher as possible.
 Storage and Retrieval
Once scanned, indexed/coded and the final images have been produced, the data then can be supplied on CDs, USB Memory Drive, etc.
Disks and Drives are also encrypted at the request of the client, both software and hardware encryption is available.
